Managing Director | OwnerJackie is the Director at JDH, bringing over 20 years of experience in accounting and business process improvements.
A Fellow Member of AAT (FMAAT) and certified in QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage 50, Jackie specialises in helping businesses streamline their accounting systems and reduce financial stress.
She also has a background as a University Lecturer, teaching business courses on payroll and accounting software. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano, cycling, and spending time with her grandson, Sam.
Jackie is available Monday to Thursday to help clients take control of their finances.
Heather Booton
Accountant | Practice ManagerHeather has been a key member of JDH since 2005, specialising in final accounts preparation and tax planning for our larger clients. With nearly 20 years as a fully qualified AAT accountant and additional payroll qualifications, she ensures our clients receive expert support.
As Practice Manager, Heather oversees smooth business operations, while also managing payroll and pension needs for our clients.
Known for her strong organisational skills and honesty, Heather excels in problem-solving and delivering reliable, professional services. When not at work, she enjoys reading, walks in the park, and family caravan holidays.
Heather is available to assist clients on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
Richard Hooper
BookkeeperRichard has been with JDH since 2016, bringing valuable experience from running his own business for many years. He specialises in bookkeeping for Sage50 clients and provides general admin support to ensure smooth operations. Richard is a key point of contact for businesses that prefer to stick with Sage50 over cloud accounting.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys trains, travelling, and photography, always ready to capture the perfect shot during his adventures.
Richard has a flexible work pattern and is available whenever needed, ensuring clients receive timely and efficient support.
Padmasubhashini Gurrum
Senior AccountantPadma is a qualified Accountant at JDH with over 10 years' experience in UK accountancy practice and 3 years teaching accountancy in India. She specialises in accounts, corporation tax, and income tax, and is fluent in English, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
Known for her attention to detail and strong work ethic, she enjoys helping clients stay on top of their finances. Outside of work, Padma loves travelling with her family, watching her kids play sports, and learning tennis—her skills are definitely improving!Find her available on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Kimberley Barker
Bookkeeper | Marketing ManagerKimberley joined JDH in 2023, initially helping with general admin while running her own business. It was during this time that she rediscovered her passion for bookkeeping and decided to pursue it full-time.
Kimberley is now a certified QuickBooks Pro and Xero Advisor and is currently completing her AAT Level 3 qualification after initially completing her AAT level 2 in 2007 after finishing school. She loves the variety her role offers - combining her accounting skills with her creative side, she does both cloud bookkeeping and is responsible for our marketing efforts, including the website and social media accounts.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, socialising with friends and spending time with her family.
